The VettedWay name is a protected brand identifier. You may not use the name in a manner that suggests ownership, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by VettedWay without written permission.

VettedWay logos and visual marks may not be copied, modified, or displayed except as expressly permitted by VettedWay or with prior written authorization.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade dress associated with VettedWay remain the property of VettedWay or its licensors. Unauthorized use may violate trademark law and this policy.

Platform branding elements, including badges, verification indicators, membership labels, and featured placement designations, are provided for use only as displayed on the platform in connection with an authorized account or listing.

You may not:

• Alter or recreate VettedWay badges or verification marks
• Use platform branding in offline marketing without authorization
• Display branding on content unrelated to your VettedWay profile or listing

You may not state or imply that VettedWay approves, certifies, employs, partners with, or endorses you or your organization beyond what is expressly shown on the platform. Listings, verification statuses, memberships, and profile claims do not constitute endorsement.
