User Agreement

VettedWay is a professional directory and connection platform designed to help organizations, agencies, tribes, developers, lenders, consultants, service providers, and other affordable housing stakeholders discover one another, share information, and facilitate professional introductions.

VettedWay is not:

• A procurement platform
• A government contracting portal
• A bid management system
• A public solicitation system
• A certification authority
• A licensing authority
• A regulatory agency

Listings, verification statuses, badges, memberships, profile claims, featured placements, rankings, or participation on the Platform do not constitute:

• Government approval
• Regulatory approval
• Procurement qualification
• Professional certification
• Licensing verification
• Endorsement by VettedWay

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any individual or organization.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain current profile information
• Comply with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform professionally

You may not:

• Impersonate another person or organization
• Misrepresent qualifications or credentials
• Upload malicious software
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization
• Engage in unlawful activity

Project Needs are informational postings intended to facilitate professional connections.

Posting a Project Need does not create:

• A procurement process
• A solicitation
• A request for bids
• A contractual obligation
• An award commitment

Organizations retain full discretion regarding whether to engage any responding party.

Users retain ownership of submitted content.

By posting content, users grant VettedWay a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute content for purposes of operating the Platform.

Verification indicates that VettedWay completed a limited review process according to its internal procedures.

Verification does not guarantee future performance, competency, licensing status, legal compliance, or procurement eligibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VettedWay shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Lost profits
• Lost opportunities
• Procurement outcomes
• Contract disputes
• Professional services performed by users
• User-generated content
• Third-party actions

VettedWay may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement.

VettedWay may update this Agreement periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
