1. Professional Conduct
VettedWay is a professional directory for the affordable housing industry. Users are expected to interact respectfully, communicate in good faith, and use platform features for legitimate business purposes related to professional discovery and connection.
2. Honest Representation
Profile information, claims, Project Needs, and other submitted content must accurately reflect your identity, organization, qualifications, and authority. Do not exaggerate credentials, experience, certifications, or affiliations.
3. Anti-Impersonation
You may not impersonate another person or organization, create misleading accounts, or claim ownership of a profile you are not authorized to represent.
4. Anti-Spam
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, post repetitive promotional content, or use platform features to distribute irrelevant advertising or unrelated solicitations.
5. Anti-Harassment
Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, and abusive behavior toward other users are prohibited. Report concerns through our contact channels or support resources.
6. Anti-Fraud
Fraudulent activity, deceptive schemes, and attempts to mislead users for financial gain or unauthorized access are prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
7. No Fake Certifications
Do not display, claim, or imply certifications, designations, or credentials you do not hold. Verification badges and memberships reflect platform review processes and must not be altered or misrepresented.
8. No Fake Licenses
Do not claim professional licenses, registrations, or regulatory authorizations that are expired, suspended, revoked, or never issued. Users remain responsible for maintaining valid credentials required for their work.
9. No Data Scraping
Automated scraping, harvesting, crawling, or bulk extraction of platform data without written authorization from VettedWay is prohibited.
10. Enforcement Actions
VettedWay may review reported content and account activity. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of access.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning or notice to the user
- Removal or correction of non-compliant content
- Temporary suspension of account features
- Permanent account termination
