Copyright Policy

VettedWay respects intellectual property rights and expects users to post only content they own or are authorized to use. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may violate this policy and applicable law.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice should include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on the platform
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes identification of the removed material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and your physical or electronic signature.

Send copyright notices and counter-notifications to support@vettedway.com. We may forward notices to the user who posted the material and may remove or restore content in accordance with applicable law.
